Architectural Mailboxes Home Accents The Hacienda White Mailbox is assembled primarily by welding. The front bottom corners are strengthened by decorative corner guards attached with small screws. The roof is attached to the body by means of corrosion resistant screws. The decorative cooper sheet is mounted to the access door back using a adhesive, which also serves to prevent water infrusion through the cutout. Body: 20 gage (1 mm) brass sheet. Roof: 10 gage (3.5 mm) brass sheet. Incoming Slot: 20 gage ( 1 mm) brass sheet. Access Door: 20 gage (1 mm) brass sheet. Access Door Detail: 20 gage (1 mm) copper sheet Assembly Hardware: Aluminuml hinge pins and stainless steel slot springs. Lock: Stainless steel scalped cam lock zinc die cast cylinder.
